1/365 Welcome 2016!
Happy New Year 2016!
Thank you Lord for another year, for all the blessings and most importantly the gift of life. 2015 is a zero blog for me, I was looking back and had not written anything at all. I will do my best this time - one of my new year resolutions.
I started my new year today at the church, attended the Holy Mass. It was a good service.

353 - 2nd Sunday
Today is the second Sunday of 2014. I went to church alone again at St. Albert the Great. My hubby went bowling with his brother but his brother did not show up. I wanted him to go with me but I can't force him but I am praying for him. The right time will come in Your perfect time Lord and please let it be and touch and soften his heart. Thank you Lord. In church, we renewed our baptism and celebrated your baptism. Lord, be with us always and help us to live good Christian lives having You as our example.
After church, my hubby picked me up and we went to get mom. We went to the park where Roy was playing tennis. I really felt that Roy is so cold to me, he never say hello everytime I am there. I don't know the reason why but I really want to pay him everything we owe from him. Please help me Lord. I also feel bad for him because his life is tennis, work and his gf. I will pray for him Lord that You will touch him and let me be a blessing to him but I don't know how Lord. Please teach me. Roy and hubby played tennis for few minutes and then we left. We went to Saccones to have our lunch and eat pizzas again. Then we went to have my practice driving around the parking lot and residence area. My 5th day practice was not bad. I did straight and parallel parking today. I had fun and couldn't believe I made it. Thank you Lord. After the practice for almost an hour, we went to take mom home. Me and hubby went home after the second practice for parallel parking. Thanks also to hubby for being patience with me.
I cooked dinner and ate at home tonight. We were both full. Thank you Lord for everything today esp. Your guidance and protection.

I woke up, prayed and did some readings today. I also spent time to watch youtube videos and played candy crush.. Lord, pls help me to focus. I have less than 2 weeks left before the orientation starts. I just stayed home until my hubby came home from work then we went to SAM's club with George. It was my first time there because it is only for exclusive for members. We got some grocery items which were really good deals. We still owe George some money and will give him back when I get my salary. Please remind me Lord. Thank you. We went to Reales Italian Restaurant to have our dinner. As usual, I just ordered my sphagetti with salad.

Pre-Placement & Post Offer Health Screening
Early this afternoon, I went for my schedule pre-placement Health Screening. Hubby was working and so he asked a friend to take me and thank God, I made it on time. Jazz, the grand daughter of Ronnie took me, she is a nice teenager girl and in nursing school pursuing her dream to be a nurse.
I got in the office just in time and filled up some paper works, it was a lot..Then, they called me and had my urine collected for drug test, did the blind test and directed me to go inside the hospital for my blood to be collected. I got done before 4 pm and went inside the chapel to pray. I was in the same chapel again where I prayed for my hubby during surgery and my job interview. I still remember that I said to God that I would like to work in this hospital but for me it was very impossible because I don't have experience and it is big and high standard hospital. God made a way and indeed for Him nothing is impossible for even if I did not make it to that hospital but I got a job offer with the same hospital nearer to our apartment. Thank you Lord so much for You always amazed me and finding ways beyond I could imagine. Around 4 PM, my hubby picked me up and we went to the store for grocery.

Welcome 2014!
I am back.. I missed my blog. Welcome 2014 with all thanksgiving to God for all His unending blessings. Thank you Lord from my heart.
I woke up almost 8 am this morning. I prayed and I wanted to start this year with focus on everything with God's help. Me and hubby went to his sister house around 10 and did my first driving today. It was a good feeling to be able to drive but still the fear is there esp driving on the highways but I will get in there with more practice. We went to have our lunch at Johnny Carinos and used our groupon coupon and paid only the tax + tip. Thank you Lord. We went to pick up my mom-in-law's medications at walmart and dropped to her apartment. Mom, gave me something again - a long sleeve shirt and some Christmas decorations, so sweet of mom. Then we went home around 4pm because hubby needed to work online.

Bruises And Excuses
All throughout our lives we give ourselves reasons to why we can’t do things. When we get really honest with ourselves, most of these reasons are actually insecurities, creeping in to break us down.
1) “I’m not tall enough”
2) “I’m not smart enough”
3) “I’m not fast enough”
4) “I’m not old enough”
Although some of these points are things we can’t avoid, God has given us the power to conquer all things in which He has called us to.
Just because you’re bruised and broken, doesn’t mean it’s time to give up on your passion.Keep fighting the good fight, and don’t allow Satan to distract you from what Christ has called you to.
God will open up every opportunity, for you to flourish in what He has called you to accomplish.
Don’t let anyone tell you that you aren’t good enough. With Him, you are MORE than enough.
